  • Professionals and Health Care Providers (After Sept. 1): $400
  • Survivors and Family Caregivers (After Sept. 1): $185
  • Registered Student or Senior (over 60): $275
  • Single Day: $100
  • Student / Senior Single Day: $80
  • Survivor Single Day: $70

Cost includes conference and continental breakfast, lunch and Saturday Awards Luncheon (commencing on Thursday and including Saturday’s Awards Luncheon)
