2. By Cheque
Complete the donation form (pdf 32kb) and mail it with a cheque to:

3. By Phone
Call 613-762-1222 or Toll Free 1-866-977-2492 and donate by credit card.

4. By Credit Card
Complete the donation form (pdf 32kb) and fax it to Brain Injury Association of Canada at Fax: 613-236-5208. This is a secure fax site and your information will be kept strictly confidential. Please remember to include your complete credit card information.

5. Charitable Giving Through Life Insurance (pdf-16kb)
